I recently finished a book called Fourth Dawn, the fourth book in the A.D. Chronicles series by Bodie and Brock Thoene. It had an excellent plot and I am positive that the rest of the books will be equally good, if not better.
The A.D. Chronicles are historical fictions based off of what the Bible has to say about the time Messiah was on earth. Books 1-3 takes place during the three years of Christ's ministry and book 4 starts with Mary and Yosef being engaged.... so it kind of flip flops! There are eleven books in the series and it's easy to keep track of which one you are on because each title has the book number in it. For example: First Light, Second Touch, Third Watch, Fourth Dawn, etc...
